However, in certain cases, users may be eligible for refunds under the following conditions: 1. Refund Eligibility If the recharge or bill payment fails due to a technical issue and the amount is deducted. If the service provider does not process the transaction within the specified time. If an incorrect transaction occurs due to an error on our platform. 2. Non-Refundable Cases If the user enters incorrect details leading to a failed recharge. If the recharge or bill payment is successfully processed. If a refund request is raised after 48 hours of transaction. 3. Refund Process Users must contact support with transaction details. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 working days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
